How to: Display the Formatting toolbar.
Solution:
Select 'Toolbars...' from the 'View' menu and select the 'Formatting' check box.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars...'. (The 'Toolbars' dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Formatting' check box.
3) Click 'OK'. (The 'Formatting' toolbar is displayed.)
